Ultimate Travel Playlist

If there’s one thing I need more than anything else to survive a plane ride, it’s music. I love the feeling of dozing off listening to my favourite melodies and wondering how many songs have passed when I wake up. That’s why I always create a handy travel playlist.

My Vancouver/Victoria solo trip is coming up soon and although the flight is short, it’s always a good idea to have some tunes ready for those times you just feel like plugging in, chilling out, and enjoying a moment to yourself. (Side note: Does anyone else feel like they’re in a movie when they’re staring out the window of a plane/train/bus and the music coming through the headphones sounds like the perfect soundtrack?)

Here’s a list of 50 upbeat songs that are sure to keep the good vibes rolling throughout your trip. I’m always looking to add more, so leave me a comment below with your favourite songs for travel!

Was really excited to read this, but I’m not familiar with any of these songs. Do you have certain albums u listen to on a trip? A song/album that takes you back to a certain place?

You should definitely have a listen to some of the songs. Most of them aren’t ones you’d typically hear on the radio; I found a lot through Spotify and other music services. Hmm, I don’t listen to a ton of albums all the way through, but I do love 1989 by Taylor Swift and Born to Run by Bruce Springsteen.
